Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk -1/2-1 cup
  2. Condensed milk
  3. Thick Yogurt-1 cup
  4. Saffron strands -soaked in cold milk
  5. Almonds and pistachios -As required

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and Add milk
  2. To that Add condensed milk and whisk well
  3. Whisk the yogurt well till as you see no lumps
  4. Mix all together
  5. Finally add saffron soaked milk into it
  6. Add nuts and put it in the steamer for 20 mins
  7. After 20 mins,check out the Steamed Yogurt by inserting a toothpick
  8. When it is done,Let it kept it cool at room temperature
  9. After cooled down,set it in the refrigerator for 2 hours .
  10. Serve chilled
