#MITHO LOLO

Ingredients to make #MITHO LOLO

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • ghee 3 tbsp+ 2 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tesp
  • water as needed

How to make #MITHO LOLO

  1. Dissolve sugar in half cup water.
  2. In a mixing bowl take flour. Add 3 tbsp ghee and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  3. Add sugar water and knead well.
  4. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough in 3 portions. Roll each portion into thick flat disc.
  6. Heat griddle. When medium hot lower the flame to sim.
  7. Place one rolled flat bread on griddle. Flip after a minute. Wait for half minute. Now cook the flat bread keeping the flame on low by pressing with a cloth lad, evenly on both sides , patiently.
  8. Remove from griddle and top with ghee generously. Prepare all mitho lolo same way.
  9. Wrap in kitchen napkeen and serve at room temperature with spicy pickle.

My Tip:

Roast on low flame to get them cook till inside.
