Ingredients to make Gudd ka paratha ( gud jo lolo) sweet jaggery bread

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • coarsely dry fruits almonds, pistachios, cashews
  • pinch cumin seeds
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated jaggery
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • water

How to make Gudd ka paratha ( gud jo lolo) sweet jaggery bread

  1. How to make dough! Add water slowly in to the flour and knead it to a soft dough. Knead the dough for atleast 3 to 5 mins. Rest the dough for minimum 15 mins and maximum 1 hour.
  2. Divide to dough of small portions and make small chapati with help of rolling pin. apply gee add grated jaggery, dry fruits, black pepper and cumin seeds of one side of chapati. press it lightly.
  3. fold the other side of chapati and seal the edges of fork.
  4. Apply the little gee of the hot tawa, place the chapati and cook with gee on both sides on low flame.
  5. Transfer it in the plate. cut it in the small peaces.
  6. gudd ja Partha is ready to serve.
