No bake blueberry cheesecake with a twist

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Biscuits crumb 1 cup
  2. Nuts crumb 25 grams
  3. Butter melted 1/2 cup
  4. Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped mixed nuts 1/2 cup
  6. Cream cheese 1cup
  7. Freah cream 1 cup
  8. Lemon 1 tsp
  9. Honey 2 tbsp
  10. Blueberry topping 1 cup


  1. Crush the biscuit's and 25 grams nuts in blender.
  2. Add melted butter 1 cup to it and mix well and spread the base in pan. Make it smooth and let it set in fridge for 30 mts
  3. In a pan add dry roast chopped nuts, then add butter and mix add honey and mix it nicely. Nuts should not be sweet to taste And have crunchy taste too.
  4. In a bowl add cream cheese and blend it till smooth, add icing sugar and mix.
  5. Add cream and mix nicely And along add lemon juice.
  6. Now take the base from refrigerator And add chopped butter honey roasted nuts abovt the biscuit's crumb base.
  7. Add the cream cheese mixture layer and smooth it nicely.
  8. Let it set in fridge overnight
  9. Once done add blueberry topping or any topping of your choice and again refrigerate till ready to serve.
