Chicken curd masala

Ingredients to make Chicken curd masala

  • Marination
  • 500 gm chicken pcs
  • 1 tbsp ginger & Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmaric powder
  • 1/4 cup hang curd
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • chicken masala preparation
  • 1 To 2 tejpatta
  • 1/4 cup hung curd
  • 1 cup onion paste
  • 2 tbsp cashunut paste
  • 2 tbsp ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriender leaves paste
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriender seeds powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  • 2 tbsp coriender leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • Vegetables cube cuts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium green capsicum

How to make Chicken curd masala

  1. Take chicken wash & remove from remaining water
  2. Now marinate the chicken with hung curd, ginger , garlic paste, lemon juice , salt, turmaric powder mix well with chicken keep in refrigerator for 20 to 25 min
  3. Now take kadai or vessel add oil heat add tejpatta, onion paste suate till cook, then add ginger , garlic , green chilli, coriender leaves paste mix well in onion paste stir continuously
  4. Now add all masalas red chilli powder, garam masala, coriender seeds powder, cumin seeds powder, salt to taste , chopped coriender leaves mix well
  5. Now add cashunut paste mix well then add hund curd stir to 2 to 3 min
  6. Add marinated chicken mix well all ingredients to it.
  7. Add 1 cup hot water mix nicely , cover with lid to 10 min
  8. Now add onion , tomato, capsicum mix again cover the lid 5 to 8 min do not over cook
  9. Garnish with coriender leaves
  10. Serve with roti , naan, bread, rice

My Tip:

This chicken I tried taste was so good, in this I used cub cuts onion, tomato , capsicum only cooked for, 5 to 8 min its texture like few crunchy. You can cook properly
