Ingredients to make ROSE KALAKAND 5 minutes

  • cottage cheese or freshly home made panner - 300 gm
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 can
  • Iceing sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Rose water - 1teaspoon
  • Green cardamom - 2 no
  • ghee - 1tablespoon
  • Milk powder - 2tablespoon

How to make ROSE KALAKAND 5 minutes

  1. In a food processor add cottage cheese , iceing sugar , condensed milk , milk powder and green cardamom and mix a smooth batter .
  2. Greased a microwave bowl with a little ghee .
  3. Now the chena mixture add rose water and ghee and mix well .
  4. Pour the entire content of the mixture in microwave bowl and cook for 3 minutes on high power.
  5. Wearing a oven mitt carefully take it out and give it a good stir .
  6. Again micro for another 2 - 3 minutes . Check at every one minutes or it will end up with burnt cheese .
  7. The mixture would be grainy and almost dry and start to leave the sides of the pan .
  8. Greased another plate and pour the Rose Kalakand mixture into it and using a spatula tightly layer it .
  9. Let it come down to room temperature and chill it fridge .
  10. Cutting them with a sharp knife and serve.
