ABOUT Gulab Jamun Mousse RECIPE

It is a perfect desert for sweet heart.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150gm.cream
  2. Half cup milk choclate
  3. Half cup white choclate
  4. One and half cup whipped cream
  5. Rose water 1tsp
  6. 4gulab jamun
  7. Chopped pista
  8. Rose petals

Instructions

  1. Chop both chocolates. Heat cream in a pan.
  2. Stir them when chocolate melt off gas
  3. Let it cool in freeze.
  4. Take whip cream and mix Rose water in it and fold it in chocolate mix.
  5. Now take glasses. And add one gulab jamun in each glass.
  6. Take a piping bag and fill it with cream chocolate mix.
  7. Pour mix upon gulab jamun .Top with another gulab jamun.
  8. Garnish with pista and Rose petal.
  9. Serve cold.
