ABOUT Bhatura !! RECIPE

An all time favourite at home :relaxed:

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Maida - 1 & half cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Liquid soda - qty as required
  5. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put both atta & maida in it.
  2. Add salt & little oil and mix
  3. Then add liquid soda & knead the flour.Do not add too much of soda.Or else it will be very watery.
  4. If soda is more add little atta or maida & knead again....
  5. Keep aside for half an hour..... Later make small balls & roll to round shape.
  6. Then in a kadai put oil for deep frying & when hot put the bhatura & fry well from both sides....Remove on absorbent paper....
  7. Serve hot with Choley.... Enjoy :blush:
