ABOUT Corn & spring onion parathas RECIPE

A tiny yet delicious twist to the traditional.indoam stuffed parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Stuffing :
  2. Boiled corns - 1 cup
  3. Spring onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup
  4. Grated cheese - 1/4 th cup
  5. Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  6. Pepper powder - 1/4 th tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Dough :
  9. Maida - 1.5 cup
  10. Salt
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough using maida, salt and oil. Rest it for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Now mash the Boiled corns using a fork and mix rest of the ingredients mentioned under "stuffing".
  3. Now divide the dough into roundels and stuff them with the corn mix and roll them like we roll stuffed parathas.
  4. Roast and fry them with oil
