Ingredients to make Strawberries Romanoff

  • 12-15 Strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 2 tablespoon Cointreau or orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoon whipped cream or sour cream or as required
  • mint leaves for garnish

How to make Strawberries Romanoff

  1. Place the berries in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add Cointreau,sugar and mix
  3. Refrigerate for an hour to macerate the berries
  4. Spoon the berries in 2 serving bowls or glasses
  5. Drizzle remaining juice over the berries
  6. Serve topped with whipped cream and garnished with mint leaves
