Ingredients to make Rice flour poori.

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  • fennel Powder 1/4 Tsp
  • Cummin powder 1/4 tsp
  • fenugreek Powder 1/4 tsp
  • oil to fry.

How to make Rice flour poori.

  1. Boil water adding salt 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Meanwhile ,add all dry ingredients in the rice flour. Mix well.
  3. When water boils,add rice flour. Keep on stiring,till it s dry. Remove from fire.
  4. Let it cool for some time. Knead the dough into a soft dough. If necessary, add some more water & oil.
  5. The dough should nt b as stiff as we make for wheat pooris.
  6. Keep the dough for 30 min.
  7. Then heat oil in a pan.
  8. Take a plastic sheet,apply oil. Make small sized balls from the dough. Place the ball on the plastic sheet,cover it with another sheet.Roll with a roller or u can use ur hands also.
  9. Fry poori,one by one, in the hot oil. Fry well on both sides.
  10. Serve hot with any veg or non veg dish.
