Sattu ka Atta is used to make this puri which makes it a very healthy dish as a lot of pulses and cereals are used to make the atta. For filling the Sattu Ki Puri, roasted gram flour is mixed with a lot of spices like turmeric, mustard, carom seeds etc. The filling gives the puris a very Savory taste. The puris are them made into small balls and deep fried till golden brown. Sattu Ki Puris can be a great snack with tea. The ladies of the house absolutely love these puris. These can even be paired even with green mint chutney or imli chutney.
