Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 4
  2. Sabudana 50 g
  3. Geenchilli 3
  4. Salt (sendha namak)
  5. Ghee for shallow frying
  6. Jeeraand sauf powder 2 tsp
  7. Kutu ka atta 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Step 1 Place the kadukas potatoes in a bowl. Add rock salt, jeera and sauf powder , green chilli paste and one cup sabudana and mix well. Step 2 Add kuttu ka atta and mix. Take some of the mixture and roll into a ball. Step 3 .Heat sufficient ghee in a tava and shallow fry the tikkis till crisp and golden brown.
