Ragi lace dosa

Ingredients to make Ragi lace dosa

  • Ragi flour-1 cup
  • sooji - 1 cup
  • Rice flour- 1 Cup
  • maida- 1/2 cup
  • onions- finely chopped
  • green chillies- 2 finely chopped
  • coconut- small portion ( finely chopped)
  • cumin seeds -1 tsp
  • salt - as per our taste
  • oil- to roast the dosa
  • carrot- 1 ( grated)

How to make Ragi lace dosa

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and let it rest for 30 min
  2. Heat a tawa and sprinkle few drops of oil
  3. Now take a small glass and pour the batter from outside to inside. We can see netted pattern
  4. Let it fry for 3 mins. Then apply little oil and roast till it becomes crispy and golden colour
  5. Serve with coconut chutney or ginger pickle or mint chutney

My Tip:

The batter consistency should be adjusted according to your 1st dosa. If we are not getting net pattern, then add more water.
