Paneer stuffed khasta with Paneer Makhani

Ingredients to make Paneer stuffed khasta with Paneer Makhani

  • 100 gms wheat flour and maida each 
  • 150 gms paneer for Fillings mashed
  • 250 gms paneer for makhani cut in cubes  
  •  2 onions + 4-5 cloves garlic + 4 inch ginger make fine paste in grinder  
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala  
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder 
  •  2 teaspoon red chilli powder 
  •  2 teaspoon kasuri Meethi  
  •  1 teaspoon kalunji and Ajwain
  • 250 gms butter 
  • 1 bowl milk 
  • Pinch of hing  
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoon oil

How to make Paneer stuffed khasta with Paneer Makhani

  1. Firstly Knead the dough by adding 2 spoon oil, kalunji, Ajwain, hing and salt and keep aside.
  2. Then take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin splutter them then add onion paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and saute for 2 min. When oil separated then add mashed paneer and saute for 2 min your filing is ready.
  3. Then take dough and take Puri size dough and in center put the Fillings and closed it and make all like this and swallow fry it.
  4. Now take kadhai Put butter heat it then add cumin splutter them then add onion paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and saute it after separated oil put paneer cubes and saute it and for gravy add milk and boiled it and also put kasuri Meethi, your paneer makhani is ready.
