  • milk full cream 1 ltr
  • sugar 4tablespoons
  • elachi pd.,
  • dry fruits half cup
  • khoya half cup

  1. Dry roast makhanas , n crush it.Do not powder it
  2. Boil milk n make it about half
  3. now add the makhanas, let it softhen n the milk will also thicken
  4. add sugar n stir , add elachi powder
  5. Now add the khoya n dry fruits n put off the gas.
