Missi Veggie Poori

Ingredients to make Missi Veggie Poori

  • 500 grams wheat flour
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup carrots grated
  • 1 medium onion finely cut
  • Some coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Missi Veggie Poori

  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables
  2. Now take wheat flour add in the gram flour and salt along with all spices. Add vegetables. Mix well
  3. Knead with oil to firm dough
  4. Heat oil in a kadai
  5. Start making balls of dough greasing palms
  6. Roll into pooris and start frying golden
  7. Remove each and serve with pickle

My Tip:

Eat fresh or keep as nashta in an airtight after cooling
