Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta- 2cups
  2. salt to taste
  3. Spring onion- 1bunch
  4. Haldi- 1/2tsp
  5. Green chilli- 1
  6. water to knead the dough
  7. oil - 1tbsp + for frying

Instructions

  1. Clean the spring onion. Separate the onions from the greens. Chop them separately. In a mixing bowl add atta, salt, haldi, green chilli, chopped spring onion green part and chopped onion and mix properly.
  2. Add required amount of water to knead the dough. Keep for 20 mins.
  3. Make balls out of dough. Take one ball, Roll it put on the hot tawa. When one side is cooked flip it and let it cook. Now add oil to cook both sides. Serve hot with any side dish.
