How to make Coconut Kova Barfi
My Tip:If you are cooking in open pan, boil sugar syrup until one string consistency and immediately add coconut. Add only the white part of coconut don't add brown part. Khoya is optional so you can even skip it. Adding khoya gives a nice texture and a fantastic aroma.
