Besan Burfi

Ingredients to make Besan Burfi

  • gram flour 1 cup
  • Pure ghee 1 cup
  • sugar powdered 1 cup
  • 2 tbsp musk melon seeds

How to make Besan Burfi

  1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan .add the gram flour and saute it on low heat.stirring continuously for 10-15 mins, or till it starts changing color to golden brown.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool . Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. Grease a tray with ghee ,pour the gram flour mixture and spread it evenly on the tray. Sprinkle musk melon seeds.
  4. Let it cool and then cut in to diamond shape pieces.
  5. Serve .
