Ingredients to make Gujarat Special Holi Sevaiya in Five Minutes.

  • wheat flour sevaiya ( according to your need).
  • sugar powdered 1 /2 cup
  • ghee. 3 to 4 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Blanched almonds, Cashew and pistachio 2 tsp ( optional ).

How to make Gujarat Special Holi Sevaiya in Five Minutes.

  1. Take Sevaiya according to your requirement. ( I took 1 1/2 circle of Sevaiya / per person.)
  2. Boil water in a big vessel. When it starts boiling add Sevaiya to it.
  3. Let it cook in boiling water on high flame stirring occasionally. ( about 5 minutes ).
  4. Transfer in a strainer.
  5. Add ghee and Sugar( according to taste ).
  6. Add Cardamom powder, mix and serve hot.
  7. You can add blanched and chopped dry fruits and dried black currant
  8. Serve
