This is Superchef Yaman Agarwal's recipe from cookingshooking. Very easy to prepare. I have made little changes while baking.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida - 1/2 cup
  2. Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
  3. Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Butter - 1/2 cup
  5. Chocolate bar - 4(small)
  6. Condensed Milk - 1/3 cup
  7. Water - 1/2 cup
  8. Cocoa powder - 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grease a cake tin with butter and keep aside.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add all dry ingredients like maida, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix well.
  3. Simmer some water in a saucepan and place a heat safe bowl. Melt butter and chocolate bars. Once done, keep aside to cool.
  4. Mix warm water with condensed milk and keep aside.
  5. Now pour in the condensed milk and melted chocolate-butter to the dry ingredients and beat well. Cake batter is ready.
  6. Preheat a cooker adding little water. Keep a perforated stand.
  7. Pour the cake batter to the greased cake tin and keep it on the perforated stand in the cooker.
  8. Bake on a low-medium flame for 25 minutes without keeping the whistle. Check if the cake is done. If the top sets, cake is ready.
  9. Cool the cake and cut it to get the choco lava oozing out of the cake and serve.
