Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pre cooked roti or paratha 2
  2. 2 eggs
  3. salt
  4. pepper powder
  5. capsicum 1
  6. onion 1
  7. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  8. tomato Sauce
  9. oil

Instructions

  1. Heat tava. Place a roti on it.
  2. Break the eggs and whisk with salt and pepper
  3. Add the egg mix on the roti and flip both sides
  4. In a bowl mix mayo capsicum onion and tomato sauce
  5. Put the mixture on the cooked roti and egg and roll it
  6. Serve
