Healthy Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients to make Healthy Vegetable Cutlets

  • Boiled potatoes - 2
  • Oats - 1 small cup ( slightly roasted & powdered )
  • onion - 1 Finely Chopped
  • carrot grated - 1
  • capsicum - 1/2 finely chopped
  • ginger -1/2 inch finely chopped
  • green chilly - 1 small (chopped)
  • turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 pinch (optional)
  • Bread crumbs - half cup (you can use sooji also)
  • coriander leaves - chopped 2 tbsp
  • Maggi masala e magic - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Healthy Vegetable Cutlets

  1. Take a bowl and mash the potatoes. Now add all the other ingredients except oil and bread crumbs and mix well
  2. Shape them into small balls & press gently
  3. Then take the bread crumbs on a plate & roll the cutlets on it.
  4. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Put the cutlets on the pan and cook from both sides on low to medium flame till nice & crisp.
  5. When they are cooked from both sides it will look like this
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice
