Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients to make Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles

  • Condensed milk - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  • Instant coffee powder - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp - Cocoa powder for rolling

How to make Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles

  1. Melt butter, add in condensed milk, coffee powder, cocoa powder together in a sauce pan, stir continuously for 3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  2. Remove from the flame, mix well and let it cool.
  3. Refrigerate it for an hour or until firm.
  4. Shape into a small round shape with the help of your palm.
  5. Roll the balls in cocoa powder and again refrigerate until firm or for an hour.
  6. Serve & Enjoy!
