Ingredients to make Exotic Vegetables

  • Purple cabbage-2 cups
  • Red,green and yellow capsicum-1 cup
  • Green peas-1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn-1/2 cup
  • Black pepper-1 tsp
  • salt
  • turmeric-1/2 tsp
  • coriander Powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala-1 tsp
  • lemon juice-1 tsp
  • coriander for garnishing

How to make Exotic Vegetables

  1. Chop cabbage and capsicums into medium sized pieces.
  2. Remove sweet corn kernels and peas from pods.
  3. Take a pan.Pour 2 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds and hing.
  4. Then add sweet corn,peas and capsicums first in the pan.
  5. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Now add cabbage and salt.Again cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes of cooking covered,add the spices and mix properly.
  8. Again cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add lemon juice lastly.Stir properly and your exotic vegetable is ready.
  10. Garnish with coriander.Serve with hot phulkas.

My Tip:

You can add any vegetables of your choice.
