Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread 12 - 15 slices
  2. Onion 4 (medium sized)
  3. Tomato 3
  4. Green Chillies 2
  5. Eggs 3
  6. Finely chopped Coriander leaves a handful
  7. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt 1 1/2 tsp (or according to your taste)
  10. Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
  11. Oil 4 tablespoons
  12. Ginger garlic paste 1 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pour oil into the tawa and add onion , green chillies and saute them.
  2. Add in the tomatoes and saute it for few more minutes
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, all spices and salt. Add coriander leaves.
  4. Add egg and stir well.
  5. Then add the bread crumbs / slices and mix them well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.
  7. Serve
