Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion 1 large
  2. Tomato 2 medium
  3. Capsicum 1 medium
  4. Amul plain cheese spread 3 spoons
  5. Garam masala powder for taste
  6. Green chillies 2
  7. Salt for taste
  8. Bread torn into small pieces 6-8
  9. Oil for frying purpose
  10. Coriander leaves


  1. Tear the bread slices into small pieces and chop the vegetables into small pieces and keep aside
  2. In a pan add oil when it's hot fry onion, then add tomato ,chillies and capsicum. Do not add any water, let it cook with the help of oil. Add salt while cooking.
  3. If you like more spicy you can add chilli powder. Add garam masala in the end of cooking.
  4. Now add cheese and saute. Once everything is mixed and cooked properly add the bread and mix properly in low flame.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves. Remember not to add water at any of the step
