Cheesy Bread Pakoda !!

Ingredients to make Cheesy Bread Pakoda !!

  • Bread slices - 6
  • Cheese slices - 3
  • besan - 1 & half cup
  • turmeric powder- half tspn
  • red chilly powder- 1 tspn(adjust to taste)
  • salt to taste
  • Ajwain - 1 pinch
  • hing - 1/ 4 tspn
  • Chat masala - little
  • coriander leaves- about 1 and half tbspn
  • lemon juice - a few drops
  • oil for deep frying
  • water as required

How to make Cheesy Bread Pakoda !!

  1. Take a bowl and put besan in it...Then put the dry masalas, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt and make a batter by adding water....
  2. It should not be thin or too thick
  3. Then take 2 bread slices...spread it and put the cheese slice on one bread.... and cover it with another slice of bread
  4. Cut the bread....Then dip it in the besan batter from all sides
  5. It should be coated well from all sides.Similarly do the remaining slices of bread also.
  6. Now keep oil in a kadai for frying...When hot put the besan coated bread in it.
  7. Deep fry it .... Put on an absorbent paper.....
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
