Eggless Brownies

Ingredients to make Eggless Brownies

  • maida-3/4 th cup
  • sugar-1 cup
  • Baking powder-1 and 1/2 tsp
  • salt-1/2 tsp
  • Unsweetened Cocoa powder-1/3 cup
  • curd-1/2 cup
  • butter-1/2 cup
  • Choco chips-1/2 cup(optional)
  • walnuts-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract-1tsp

How to make Eggless Brownies

  1. First sieve the flour,sugar and baking powder together.
  2. Then sieve cocoa powder so that all lumps are broken.
  3. Now mix all dry ingredients well.
  4. In another bowl take butter and melt it.Let it cool.Then add curd and vanilla essence.
  5. Whisk this properly and add to the dry ingredients.Also add choco chips and walnuts.
  6. Grease a square mould.
  7. Pour the brownie batter in this mould and sprinkle some choco chips and walnuts on top.
  8. Keep in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.Check by inserting tooth pick in center whether it is cooked or not.And your delicious brownie is ready.
  9. After it cools you can take it out in a plate and cut into pieces.
  10. Serve as it is or top it up with vanilla icecream and choclate sauce as I did:-)
