Eggless Brownie

Ingredients to make Eggless Brownie

  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • all purpose flour 3/4 Cup
  • sugar 3/4 cup
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Coco 2 tbsp

How to make Eggless Brownie

  1. Boil the milk, then add in the vinegar, once it starts curdling, remove it from the flame and let it cool in a room temperature.
  2. Sieve the floor, coco, sugar and soda together. Add in oil and vinegar to the curdled milk.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients to the milk mixture and mix it with the help of a hand mixer or blender.
  4. Grease the baking tin. Pour this mixture into the tin and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, let it rest in the oven for some time, then cut in slices and enjoy the heavenly, moist taste of these brownies.

clarification needed....what milk does this recipe use...cow or whole milk do we drain the whey from the curdled milk or add the dry ingredients in the whey
