Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients to make Chicken Nuggets

  • 250 grams chicken kheema /mince
  • 3 small bread slices
  • 1 plate full bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic/garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Chicken Nuggets

  1. Wash and drain chicken kheema till water comes out. Keep aside
  2. Grind the bread slices breaking them into small bits (i used brown bread as available)
  3. Now take bread and add to the kheema and break an egg into this
  4. Mix well
  5. Add ginger garlic crushed garlic and season with salt pepper , garam masala and add corn flour too
  6. Now grease your palm and make small balls of the mix and press with thumb to give a nugget look
  7. Heat oil and fry when you serve. You can also for 15 days
  8. Fry and enjoy these

My Tip:

Heat oil well but slow flame while while frying. Can freeze upto 15 days in airtight box
