ABOUT Banana Ginger Weight Loss Smoothie RECIPE

One of the best summer drinks and healthy too. I came across this recipe recently and the word “weight loss” impressed me. There is no added sugar or any other fruits along with the banana but you can add any fruit of choice.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Banana 2 ( big).
  2. Ginger 1” piece
  3. Flax seeds 1 tsp
  4. Mint leaves 1 tsp
  5. Ice cube 1

Instructions

  1. In your food processor grind flax seeds to a fine powder, along with that add ginger, mint leaves and grind to a fine paste.
  2. Finally, add peeled banana and grind to get smoothie
  3. Fill in serving glass and top with ice cube and serve chill.
