ABOUT Mango Ginger Smoothie RECIPE

Healthy smoothie which tastes very different from other smoothies. Slightly nutty, sweet, little pungent and sour. Once you make this smoothie you will make it again and again.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mangoes 3 ripe
  2. Fresh ginger 1 tsp
  3. Banana 1 ripe
  4. Honey 1 tbsp
  5. yoghurt 1/2 cup
  6. Water 1/2 cup
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Almonds 7-8
  9. dry coconut powder /dessicated coconut 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop mangoes, bananas
  2. Dry roast almonds
  3. Now add them to the blender
  4. Add honey , yoghurt, water and turmeric powder
  5. Add some ice cubes
  6. Blend for 1-2 mins or until smooth
  7. Sprinkle dry coconut powder and lemon juice
  8. Serve chilled
