Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For the smoothie:
  2. 1 ripe mango cut into cubes
  3. 3/4 cup pineapple cut into chunks
  4. 1 small banana
  5. 1 cup unflavored soy milk
  6. 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  7. For topping:
  8. 2 tbsp granola
  9. 1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds and walnuts)
  10. 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  11. 2 tbsp pomegranate arils


  1. Add mango, banana, pineapple, yogurt and soy milk in a blender. Pulse till smooth and well blended. The mixture should be thick.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a medium sized bowl.
  3. Top with granola, chopped nuts, pomegranate arils and flax seeds. Enjoy.
  4. Delicious breakfast ready in no time.
