Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 ml - thick yogurt
  2. 1 cup - fresh mango pulp (one mango is enough)
  3. 1 tsp - honey (you can add more as per your taste)
  4. 2 tsp - oats
  5. 2 tsp - crushed walnuts
  6. 6 to 8 pieces - cashews (cut in halves)
  7. 9 to 10 pieces - raisins


  1. Take a bowl and add mango pulp in it.
  2. Now add the thick yogurt into the mango pulp. Then add some honey and blend it.
  3. Once the yogurt, mango pulp and honey are mashed up properly, pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Keep it in the fridge to chill for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Take a wok and add your oats in it. Roast the oats for 5 to 7 minutes; till it starts changing it's color from white to light brown, then keep it aside.
  6. Take your smoothie bowl out from the fridge and sprinkle roasted oats on the top .
  7. Add a layer of crushed walnuts and also sprinkle some raisins and cashews.
  8. Your oatmeal smoothie bowl is ready to eat. Enjoy your healthy breakfast.
