Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Oatmeal 1 cup
  2. Water 1/2 cup
  3. Berries (any) 1 cup
  4. 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  5. 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  6. 1 tsp flax seeds
  7. 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the oatmeal and water in a bowl
  2. Put on medium heat and cook for 2-3 mins till hot and desired consistency
  3. Add sugar and cook
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Add berries, cinnamon, seeds and serve
