Easy and healthy smoothie with spinach and banana

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby Spinach -10 leaves
  2. Frozen Banana medium size -2
  3. Sugar -1 tbsp
  4. Coconut milk- 2 tbsp
  5. Pista -5
  6. Apple - 2 slices
  7. Dry grapes
  8. Pomegranate
  9. Chocolate


  1. Frozen banana is the key for this smoothie. Freeze banana for 8 hours.
  2. Add spinach in a mixer grinder and pulse it for a minute.
  3. Peel the skin and add it in the mixer.
  4. Add honey and Coconut milk in it.
  5. Grind till smooth paste. Serve it along with pista, pomegranate, dry grapes, chocolate, apple.
