This pineapple coconut smoothie recipe is a tropical fruit delight that’s both healthy and refreshing.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 cups pineapple (chunks, unsweetened, frozen)
  2. 1 banana (optional)
  3. 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  4. 2 tbsp coconut milk or 1 tbsp. coconut (unsweetened, shredded)
  5. Mint leaves
  6. 2-3 drop lemon juice
  7. Pinch of black paper
  8. 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  9. 1 tbsp. honey (optional)
  10. Sugar as per ur sewweet taste ..

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a smoothie blender, such as a Blend it or a Mix in blender with the order listed. Process until smooth or preferred texture.
  2. Garnish with pineapple chunks. Serve immediately.
  3. So coconut smoothie is ready to serve
  4. NOTE: You can use either the original or coconutmilk blend varieties. I’ve tested it both ways and either will turn out great, but I do prefer the coconut blend in this drink.
