Ingredients to make Banana Cashew Wheat Loaf

  • Over riped bananas 4
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup( adjust according to sweetness of banana)
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • cashews 1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1 pinch

How to make Banana Cashew Wheat Loaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  2. Grease a rectangular cake pan with some oil & keep aside.
  3. Take sugar and powder it
  4. Now take all 4 bananas and puree them in a mixer.
  5. Now mix both- powdered sugar and bananas properly.
  6. To this mixture add oil, vanilla and cashews & mix properly.
  7. In the same bowl sieve the flour with baking powder, baking soda & salt.
  8. Fold the sieved flour slowly & gently.
  9. Pour this mixture into the greased pan.
  10. Bake at 180 degree for 30-40 degrees or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Once warm just remove and make slices, serve warm with a cup of coffee

My Tip:

Just warm the banana bread if u refrigerate, as its tastes best when warm.
