Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roti | chapati - 4 (leftover or fresh)
  2. Onion - 1 thinly sliced
  3. Capsicum- 1 sliced
  4. Carrot - 1 sliced
  5. Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  6. Tomato sauce- 1 tsp
  7. Red chili sauce- 1tsp
  8. Vinegar- 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take 4 Roti or chapati.place each Roti one over another.
  2. Then roll them. Start cutting from the edge into strips.
  3. Now heat a pan add 1-2tbsp oil .add thinly sliced onion .stir it for 1 min. Then add all sliced vegetables. Stir it for 1 min.
  4. Now Roti noodles,Then add soya sauce,tomato sauce,red chili sauce.salt to taste. Black pepper and vinegar. Toss well everything
  5. Check seasoning..turn off Gas.. serve hot Roti noodles.
