Eating Chapatis everyday can get boring, be it for an adult or for a child. Now this is a tasty twist to make the same dish interesting and it is healthy too.

Chapatis - 4
onions chopped - 2
cabbage chopped - 1/4 cup
ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
green chilies slit - 2 to 3
capscicum - 1/4 cup (chopped)
beans cut - 1/4 cup
carrot - 1/4 cup
salt as needed
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
soya sauce - 1 to 2 tbsp
tomato sauce - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves - a bunch
oil - 2 tbsp
Instructions
Make chapatis as normal and stack them and cut them into four quarters. Now cut each quarter into long strips and keep aside.
Heat a pan with oil and add ginger-garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes away. Now add the onions and green chilies and fry until translucent
Now add all the vegetables and fry for a few minutes. Now cover with a lid and let them cook until done. Keep sprinkling water whenever necessary to avoid them getting burnt.
Now add the seasonings - salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.
Now add the cut strips of chapatis and saute until they are coated well with sauce. Sprinkle a few drops of water/milk if too dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with raita.
