Ingredients to make Raw banana hashbrowns..

  • Raw bananas 2
  • Coarsely grounded groundnuts 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • red chilly powder as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • ghee for pan fry

How to make Raw banana hashbrowns..

  1. Peel the skin of bananas.
  2. Shred both bananas by ur grater.
  3. Take this shredded bananas in a plate add groundnuts, salt, pepper, red chilly.
  4. Mix it slowly to avoid the breaking of shredded bananas, do it very gently.
  5. Now heat generous amount of ghee or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. Add shredded bananas & using a spatula or ur hand just flatten it to give proper shape.
  7. Cook undisturbed for 2 mins or until golden brown from below.
  8. Now flip it & repeat the same to make it golden brown too.
  9. Remove on paper napkin & serve hot, ur crispy...tastyyy hashbrowns!!!

My Tip:

Serve hot immediately to enjoy them crispy...use generous amount of ghee if u want to make them more crispy..
