About Raw banana kofta Recipe

Delicious and yummy koftas, made with raw bananas. This can be served with some pulao or some roti on the side.

Raw banana kofta

Ingredients to make Raw banana kofta

  • Raw banana / kaccha kela - 4
  • Roasted gram flour - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilly - 2
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to make Raw banana kofta

  1. Wash banana and boil in a pressure cooker.
  2. When cooker release the whistle switch of the gas.
  3. Peel the skin of the banana and mash it.
  4. Add green chilly,roasted besan,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
  5. You can make lemon size balls.
  6. Heat oil for deep frying.
  7. Deep fry for these balls until golden in colors.
  8. Always cook in medium flame.
  9. Drain extra oil
  10. Serve hot with tea.
