Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For koftas:
  2. Raw bananas (boil, cool, peel and grated) - 200gm
  3. Potatoes (boil, cool, peel and grated) - 2 or 3 pieces
  4. Paneer (grated) - 150 gm
  5. Amchoor (mango powder) – 1 teaspoon
  6. Red chili powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  7. Green cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Green Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Javitri (mace powder) - 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Ghee for deep fry kofta
  12. FOR GRAVY:
  13. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  14. Onion - 2
  15. garlic cloves - 4
  16. Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon
  17. Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  18. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoon
  20. Cashew nuts paste - 2 tablespoons
  21. Curd - 1 cup
  22. Ghee - 4 tablespoons
  23. For Filling:
  24. Chesse cubes - 1 packet

Instructions

  1. Firstly make paste of onion, garlic, ginger and keep aside.
  2. Than boil the Raw bananas and potatoes separately.
  3. Mix all the ingredients of kofta and divide into 12 equal portions and make balls and fill the cheese into the balls and close it.
  4. Then Heat ghee in a kadhai and deep fry all koftas over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. After that Put curd in a bowl, add coriander, red chilies and turmeric, and mix it.
  6. Heat ghee in a kadhai heat it add cumin seeds spluter them then add the onion, garlic and ginger pastes, saute it.
  7. After that add cashew paste saute for 2 min, then add curd gravy and mix it nicely.
  8. Finally add 1 cup water and boiled it then add koftas in it gives one boil, your Chessey Raw bananas kofta is ready.
  9. Served with roti, Paratha and rice.
