Banana Toast.

Ingredients to make Banana Toast.

  • Bread slices 4
  • Ripped banana 1
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  • cashew nuts 3 (cut into pieces)
  • raisins 5
  • cardamom powder 1 pinch.
  • ghee 1 tbsp

How to make Banana Toast.

  1. Boil banana. Mash well or you can grind it in a mixer.
  2. Heat a pan, add ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins.
  3. Then add banana along with all the other ingredients, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove it and let it cool.
  5. Take 2 pieces of bread. If you want you can cut the edges.
  6. Spread the banana mixture equally on two slices of bread. Cover with another piece of bread. Toast it in a toast maker or in a pan till the color become slightly brown.
  7. Serve hot.

My Tip:

The quantity of sugar you can increase or decrease according to ur taste. Take the very ripe bananas.
