A quick and easy pudding made with lots of Love. This Eggless Banana pudding could be enjoyed anytime of the year. This is a different version of banana pudding that was low in fat and egg free.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour or maida
  2. 3/4 Cup milkmaid
  3. 1 cup mashed banana
  4. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  8. 1/2 cup oil
  9. 1/4 cup yoghurt
  10. For the chocolate sauce :
  11. 1 1/3 Cup heavy cream
  12. 1 cup honey
  13. 2/3 cup brown sugar
  14. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  15. 2 Cup semisweet chocolate chip
  16. 1 pinch of salt
  17. 4 tbsp unsalted butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees F.
  2. Take milkmaid in mixing bowl. We are not adding any sugar. You May add little powdered sugar if you like More sweet.
  3. Now add yoghurt into the milkmaid mix it well. Yoghurt should mix well with milkmaid.
  4. Now add oil and mix again. Mix it well.
  5. Now add vanilla essence and again mix. Now take all purpose flour add baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder now mix it well.
  6. Now add mashed banana into the batter mix it again.
  7. Now take baking teen and apply oil and dust some flour.
  8. Pour the batter in the mould. Settle it down by tapping the baking mould.
  9. Bake it for 25 or 30 minute.
  10. After baking let it rest for some time and then demould it. Cut this cake Your desire shape.
  11. For the chocolate sauce :
  12. Combine the cream, honey, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and 1 cup of the chocolate chip in a saucepan on high heat. Bring to a boil, then and the Salt and cook, stirring occasionally until the sauce become completely smooth.
  13. Off the heat, stir in the remaining 1 cup chocolate chip and the butter. Your chocolate sauce is ready.
  14. To serve : Brush piece of the cake with some melted butter, Drizzle with chocolate sauce and enjoy.
