Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Salt plain 1cup
  2. Cumin seeds 2tbsp
  3. Fennel seeds (sauff) 2tbsp
  4. Black pepper 1tbsp
  5. coriander seeds 2tbsp
  6. Red chillie 4-5
  7. Cloves (laung) 5-6
  8. Turmeric powder 1tbsp
  9. Dry Gooseberry powder (Amla) 1tbsp
  10. Dry Mango Powder 2tbsp
  11. Black salt 4tbsp

Instructions

  1. Roast all the ingredients together for 5 minutes in a low flame, Except black salt and plain salt
  2. Take in a plate rest them for 5 minutes, heat pan put black salt and plain salt leave it for 30 seconds, now switch off flame and mix all ingredients together
  3. Now grind all in a mixer grinder. Until it become a powder
  4. Salt is ready enjoy with salad, curd and fruits
