Very delicious, can be Savoured both way hot or cold.perfect for morning breakfast,school kids tiffin, desserts for guests or parties or marriages menu

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1n1/2 kg carrots (peeled washed n grated in medium size)
  2. 1n 1/2 lt whole milk best Amul gold
  3. 200 gm dried whole thickened milk(mawa- khoya)
  4. 1n 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbsp ghee
  5. Nuts-almonds cashewnutd pistchio dry raisen for garnish


  1. In thick bottomed aluminum kadai,Boil the milk till half quantity and begins to thicken.
  2. In meanwhile while milk is boiling Peel carrots,grate in medium size.
  3. Add grated carrots to it.Mix well.Constantly keep mixing to avoid sticking to pan.
  4. As,furtheron milk burns little more,add to it mawa.(thickened dried milk -Khoya which is easily available at milk dairies .
  5. After a while, add sugar.
  6. Add ghee to it.
  7. Roast till ghee separates and it's done.
  8. Can decorate with silver foil.Garnish with chopped nuts.
  9. Also, can be Savoured both way hot / cold also.
  10. Can adjust amount of sugar as according to required sweetness. Also absolutely omit adding sugar to make it sugar free.
