Ingredients to make Banana balls

  • Raw banana 2
  • Boiled potato 1
  • coriander +ginger + green chili paste 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
  • lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • salt according to taste
  • For Filling
  • paneer 100 grams
  • cheese grated 2 tablespoon
  • salt a pinch as cheese already contain salt

How to make Banana balls

  1. boil banana just for 2 whistle
  2. mash or grate banana n boiled potato
  3. add salt and green paste of coriander green chillies and ginger to it
  4. add lemon juice and knead the dough by mixing all ingredient
  5. preapare filling by mixing crumbed paneer with grated cheese and salt
  6. take a small portion of dough roll it fill it with 1 teaspoon of paneer cheese filling
  7. seal edges and again make a ball
  8. make all ball and deep fry in medium hot oil
  9. serve with mint chutney and ketchup

My Tip:

Do not overcook the bananas.
